Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, email us at merrygrumpco@outlook.com with your order number. If your item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Questions? Email merrygrumpco@outlook.com.
