FAQ

How does the mask work?

It is all one zipper. Zip the hoodie up like normal, keep going, and the green collar rises into a grinning mask over your chin, mouth and nose. Your eyes stay free.

Are the hoods removable?

No. The green grump hood and the red Santa hood are sewn on, so there is nothing to lose or put together.

What size should I get?

Sizes run S to XXXL. Between sizes? Size up.

How do the bundles work?

Pick 2 hoodies to save 10% or 3 to save 15%. Choose a size for each one.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery takes 7-12 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. More on our Shipping page.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns page.

Is this an official movie product?

No. MerryGrump is an independent brand, not affiliated with any film, book, studio or character owner.
